Stonybrook Realty NJ, LLC was started by owners, Bob Gannon and Peter Cammarata in 2011.  Our business model is simple . . . service…service…service!  We pride ourselves on service to our community.  We believe in being good neighbors and giving back to the community.  In keeping with that friendly community spirit, Stonybrook Realty is an official drop off site for the Montville Kiwanis Club’s Food Pantry.
Bob Gannon brings over 18 years of real estate experience in both residential and commercial sales to Stonybrook Realty.  He also enjoys a great deal of success in real estate development, providing Stonybrook agents with his knowledge in acquisition, financing, development, project  approvals, construction and sales. Stonybrook Realty has a marketing edge over the competition.  For over a decade Peter Cammarata was a partner with a Manhattan based advertising firm.  He has created marketing and advertising strategies for some of the top companies in the nation.  Peter has passed down his marketing knowledge and experience to the agents at Stonybrook Realty to better serve our clients.
