Sandy interrupted its grand opening, but things are full steam ahead for new Lake Hiawatha bakery.
The official grand opening and ribbon-cutting for the CakeOver, a new bakery now open on North Beverwyck Road was held Oct. 23. Afterward, the family-owned business was supposed to spring to life.
