Giudice rejects state's final plea deal, hopes to avoid prison time.
"The Real Housewives of New Jersey" husband Giuseppe "Joe" Giudice does not want to spend time in prison, so much so that he has rejected the state's final plea deal in the case of him allegedly using his brother's ID to get a driver's license and would rather go to trial for the charges. The trial is expected to begin May 28. Forty-three-year-old Giudice, a Towaco resident, was arrested in 2010 after authorities claim he attempted to use his brother's information to obtain a new driver's license when his own was suspended for DWI charges. Giudice, who is married to Bravo reality star Teresa Giudice, has rejected plea offers before, but according to The Record, his recent rejection was in lieu of a possible five years in state prison.

The celebrity news website also reported that Giudice's lawyer is blaming the star's reality television fame for the potential penalty of him going to state prison on the charges. Giudice was indicted last December after being charged in March of 2011. He was arrested in his Towaco home. The Passaic County Prosecutor's Office alleged Giudice had used his brother's identifying information to obtain a driver's license from the Department of Motor Vechicles in Paterson in June 2010. Joe Gorga jokingly admits to being an exotic dancer in final reunion episode.
After five months, season four of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” ended Sunday night when the third and final part of the series’ reunion special aired. The women continued to argue about their relationships with one another throughout the reunion. The topic of who used to take her clothes off for money just wouldn’t die. Even the women’s husbands were dragged into the conversation when they were brought out. “What’s wrong with being a stripper?” Joe Gorga asked. And then the truth came out. “Joe, I heard you were a dancer of the Chippendales variety,” host Andy Cohen said. “Absolutely,” Gorga said, adding that he performed in a thong. In fact, everyone made it pretty clear it was the lying between castmates, and not the stripping, …

During the episode, Melissa Gorga, of Montville, said she and her husband decided to put their home on the market to get away from the Giudices. “I don’t want my kids going to school with her kids,” Gorga said. Despite the fact that they are currently in different elementary schools, Laurita pointed out that they would attend junior high school together. “I see where it’s going and I have one little girl,” she said. “I don’t want [the four Giudice girls] ganging up on her." Last week, Kathy Wakile called Teresa Giudice’s mother and father a liar. Giudice…

Siblings argue on this week's episode, but not the ones you think.
This week’s “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” resurrected some old issues from last season and solved—temporarily—some from this season. In fact, it was not the Gorga/Giudice siblings but the Manzo siblings that brought on the trip to Napa Valley’s first meltdown. During the ride to another camp site, Albie Manzo revealed to his sister, Lauren, that he has asked his girlfriend, Lindsay, to move in with him, brother Chris Manzo, and roommate Greg Bennett. “I really feel like if they could replace me with their new friends that they could and maybe they already have,” Lauren said. Later that night, over a home-cooked meal, Albie and Chris started teasing Lauren for the way she talks to her boyfriend, Vito. When she began to get upset, her …
