Camp Dawson to Be More Accessible to Handicapped

Township hoping to create safer facility for handicapped residents.

Camp Dawson will soon be able to be enjoyed by all residents as Montville Township is in the process of making advancements to the facility that would accomodate the needs of handicapped individuals. Township Administrator Victor Canning spoke about the changes at Tuesday's township committee meeting. Among the new features are handicapped access ramps to the bleacher area, handicapped parking and an area where residents who are handicapped or otherwise could walk without having to walk through the parking lot.
