I have to agree with Mark. This place is pretty scary. I have taken my dog there for grooming in the past. Once, while checking him in, the owner, who isn't exactly too friendly reprimanded me for letting my excited golden retriever jump up on one of the seats in the "waiting area". Um, is this place not meant for dogs? Never brought him back after that.
