First organized in 1756, The Montville Reformed Church has come a long way from its humble beginnings as a log schoolhouse with no regular minister. The church is presided over by Pastor Charles Bigelow. Service takes place every Sunday at 9:30 am. The building sits across from its cemetery, and is adorned with a large bell tower. The tower was built in 1938 and renovated in 2009.
