'Housewives' Couple in Court, Summer Reading Finale This Week

'Housewives' Cast Members Due in Court: Towaco couple Teresa and Joe Giudice are scheduled to appear in federal court in Newark on Wednesday. The cast members on Bravo's "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" are expected to plead not guilty to charges that they lied to lenders to obtain millions of dollars in loans, and lied about their assets and income during bankruptcy proceedings.

Special Primary Election: Polls are open 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday for a Special Primary Election for U.S. Senate.

Summer Reading Club Finale: The Montville Township Public Library's Summer Reading Club will wrap up with a finale party scheduled for 1 p.m. Wednesday. There will be cupcake decorating, face painting and balloon characters. Registration required. Morris County Freeholders: The county's governing body is taking its next meeting on the road and will be coming to Montville Township. The Freeholders are scheduled to meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday in the municipal building, 195 Changebridge Road.

Church Sale: An "Upper Room" Sale at Montville United Methodist Church by the church's "Upper Room" ministry is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday in the church's education building, 29 Whitehall Road (Route 202), Towaco.
