Montville Key Club Awarded for Fundraising

Key Club participated in district conference in Long Branch.

The Montville Key Club participated in the 66th Annual New Jersey Key Club District Convention on Friday in Long Branch, with 16 students and two advisors attending workshops and receiving awards for charitable work done throughout the past year.

“The weekend consisted of informative workshops, inspiring speeches, fun dances and various sessions. It was a time for Key Club members from all over New Jersey to show their love and passion for such a great organization," Montville Key Club President Rachel Sholder said.

Key Clubs throughout the state were recognized for their fundraising efforts. Over $97,000 was raised statewide for the Eliminate Project effort. The Montville Key Club won an award for most money raised after raising $15,000.
