Russisn Kettlebells...you'v heard about them, but have you really tried them?  Join instructor Ashleigh Kast as she shares her RKC experience with you.  Learn the six original Hardstyle Kettlebell Exercises:  Swing, Turkish Get-Up, Clean, Press, Goblet Squat and Snatch.  Learn how to turn a few kettlebells into a complete & well-balanced strength-training program.  Whether you've got power, strength and mobility to gain or pounds to lose, the RKC system will work for you!
