Biggest Loser Workout for Breast Cancer

      Little Black Dress Fitness is pleased to announce the reintroduction of our “Biggest Loser Style” workouts,incorporating cardio and all of the major muscle  groups in a tough and challenging workout lasting 3 hours (suitable for women of all fitness levels).  In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month, LBD has a “Biggest Loser Style” workout scheduled for October 15th from 6:30AM to 9:30AM.  This workout costs $25, with proceeds
benefiting cancer research, and is a fun way for women to get fit with friends for a good cause.

      It is never too late to start exercising!  Women who increase their physical activity at any age can dramatically reduce breast cancer risk compared with inactive women.  Existing evidence strongly shows a decreasing risk of breast cancer as the frequency and duration of physical activity increase. Most studies suggest that as little as 30 minutes per day of moderate- to high-intensity physical activity is associated with a reduction in breast cancer risk.  We encourage women to stop into LBD Fitness today to capitalize on all the benefits that a fit and healthy lifestyle can provide!
