Unabomber's Brother Reflects on Boston Bombing Before Visiting Montville

David Kaczynski will speak to Lazar School students next month.

As David Kaczynski, brother of Unabomber Ted Kaczynski, prepares to speak to a crowd of students during the Lazar School's Living Lessons event next month, he took time this week to reflect on the bombings at the Boston Marathon and compare his feelings this week to those he had when learning about the destruction his brother had caused.

David Kaczynski told NJ.com that there is a good chance someone knows something that could help authorities find the person or persons responsible for the bombings that killed three and left more than 180 injured on Monday. The explosions set off around 3 p.m. as many runners were crossing the finish line of the annual race.

The Lazar School will host Kaczynski and many others who have overcome adversity during the bi-annual Living Lessons event on May 15. The Living Lessons program has garnered national attention in years past for bringing a large group of people who have survived massacres, the Holocaust, and other major events under one roof to talk to students about their experiences.
