Montville High to Spray for Stink Bugs on Tuesday

The pesticide application will be at 1 p.m. at the refreshment stand.

The Montville School District sent out a 72-hour notice to parents and staff of Montville Township High School letting them know that the school will be applying pesticides on school grounds to target stink bugs.

The pesticide Suspend SC Insecticide, commonly known as Deltamethrin, will be used around the high school’s refreshment stand at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, according to the notice sent out by School IPM Coordinator Steve Toth.

If there’s rain or bad weather, the pesticides will be applied at the same time and place on Wednesday and Thursday.
