A William Mason first grade class got a special visit last Friday.

Retired NFL running back, Tiki Barber, stopped by Jenna Mordaga’s first grade class.

Barber played for the NY Giants from 1997 to 2006 before retiring. Barber spoke about commitment, dedication, hard work, fitness and fun, said Susan Conover Marinello, District Communications Officer.

"He also signed mini-footballs, and posed for a photo with all of Ms. Mordaga’s students," added Marinello. "Barber is a friend of student, Michael Ciullo, who was Superstar of the Week."
