Montville Remembers 9/11, Those Killed in Attacks

About 70 people attended the 9/11 Memorial Service on Tuesday night at Montville municipal building

The Montville VFW Post 5481 and the Township of Montville hosted this memorial Service. Walter Warholic, commander of Montville VFW Post 5481, led the ceremony and there were words shared by Father Mark Andrew Olenowski of St. Pius X and Mayor Tim Braden. During the service, Warholic presented Montville Committeeman Jim Sandham with a plaque by the VFW for his "service in furthering the aims and ideals of the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States."
