'Housewives' Joe Giudice Faces Two Possible Trials in 2014

The state and federal trials for Towaco resident may be set in 2014.

Amid his traffic citation troubles, Joe Giudice, 43, a Towaco resident and star of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey," was in state court in Paterson on Tuesday so attorneys could determine if his state trial would happen before or after Giudice's federal trial, according to NorthJersey.com.

The lawyers and judge agreed that all pretrial motions be filed by Jan. 13, which is when a trial date will most likely be set for his charges related to fraudulently obtaining a state driver’s license from the Paterson branch of the Motor Vehicle Office in June 2010 using his brother’s ID.

If he's convicted, he will face prison time of up to 10 years, according to NorthJersey.com.

The court date for Giudice's forgery charges—stemming from a March 2011 arrest—has been delayed numerous times

Towaco residents and stars of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” Teresa, 41, and Giuseppe “Joe” Giudice, 43, pleaded not guilty in November to two new fraud charges regarding bank and loan application fraud. This  brings their new total of indictments up to 41 counts.
