'Real Housewives' Husband Seeks Time to Negotiate Plea Deal

Towaco resident and "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Giuseppe "Joe" Giudice's attorney asked a superior court judge for more time on his client's behalf to negotiate a plea deal on charges of possession of a fraudulent driver's license and forgery, according to The Record.

Giudice was arrested on March 25, 2011 at his home after the Passaic County Prosecutor's Office said an investigation, conducted in conjunction with the New Jersey Department of Motor Vehicles, led authorities to find he allegedly used identifying information of his brother to obtain a driver's license in Paterson while his license was suspended in 2010  Giudice also served  in September of 2011 for driving with a suspended license.
