Amid his legal troubles, Joe Giudice, 43, a Towaco resident and star of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey," was pulled over in Montville and issued two summonses Tuesday morning.

Montville Police were assisting the New Jersey Division of Motor Vehicles Mobile Inspection Unit on Hook Mountain Road.

“Giudice was operating a Maserati on Hook Mountain Road and was observed with no inspection sticker. Mr. Giudice was directed to the inspection unit and issued two summonses by Montville Police,” Montville Police Capt. Rudy Appelmann said. “The summonses were for failure to inspect and expired insurance card.”

He was pulled over near Gencarelli's in Pine Brook, according to a Patch reader.

NJ Division of Motor Vehicles Mobile Inspection unit has mobile inspection capabilities. Police officers look for observable motor vehicle violations and overdue inspection stickers and vehicles requiring up-to-date inspection are directed to the inspection unit. They then are issued summonses from Montville for the observed violations, Appelmann said.

Earlier this month, Giudice was pulled over and cited for careless driving in a school zone.

Giudice and his wife, Teresa, 41, appeared before U.S. District Judge Esther Salas in Newark federal court last week and pleaded not guilty to two new fraud charges. These two new charges bring their total indictments up to 41 counts.

Also, Joe Giudice's court date for forgery charges stemming from a March 2011 arrest was delayed recently.

I thought he had a suspended license? Wasn't that one of the forgery charges he was awaiting trial for that keeps being pushed back? If so, why didn't he get a summons for that?

I would have divorced this sorry excuse for a man a LOOOOONG time ago! (But then, again, I probably wouldn't have married him to begin with!)

Loser, loser, loser. Take his license away and put him in jail.
Mrs. Smith November 26, 2013 at 04:14 PM
I'm surprised he hasn't deported himself back to Italy.

why does he get so many chances to have his license taken away and suspended. (i believe its up to 48 times now) I wouldnt have that luxury, and neither would most people living in this township or other towns either.

How is he getting away with this? Why isn't he being taken away and his car impounded??
BeachBum November 27, 2013 at 11:51 AM
LOSER - No worries he will deported and his wife will be doing some jail time - NJ Trash!
Kelly November 27, 2013 at 04:10 PM
I have a good feeling they will be taking his license away soon. I heard many people are phoning the DMV and lawmakers to do something aggressive against this moron.
margot November 28, 2013 at 07:13 AM
Oh yeah, I forgot..his license is suspended and he is still driving around town. Why? Dont most police officers impound cars that they find dont have registrations o r the person doesnt own a real license .? The police in this town know this guy, what are they waiting for.

How is this man driving on a suspended license? He should have been arrested for driving with a suspended license. Obviously the PD didn't do their job. There is also a violation for driving with a suspended license. Why wasn't that issued?

I hope they have to sell their house & everything in it to pay their lawyers. Also that he does a Very Long time in Prison (where crooks like him belong) & then gets Deported back to Italy!!!!

Put his sorry ass in jail and let him cool down. What a disgrace for a man. Does he think he is above the law because he is on the NJHW not. I feel bad for the kids to see what a mess they parents are, he needs to keep his noise clean with all the charges again him.

I think his brother in law called him a "bum" on tv. He was right. Both him and his loser wife deserve each other. Scammers and thieves.

There are rumors going around town that they are trying desperately hard to become members of the Lake Valhalla Club. Good luck to any of those members with privacy and enjoyment of that nice club. Didn't Guidice get a DUI a few years back? Nice liability there. And, how the hell can they pay thousands of dollars in membership and dues if the Federal Government froze their assets? Where is that money coming from?

I hope he's deported so we, the taxpayers, don't have to foot the bill for his prison stay. Maybe Teresa will follow him back to "the old country."

A Maseratti? With what money?

I like the way me, a taxpaying citizen get pulled over for doing 10 miles over the speed limit and after drinking one glass of wine for dinner is forced, in the middle of town in front of the Catholic church, to do a sobriety test as hundreds of my fellow townspeople stared (I passed all tests and blew far below the limit) - yet this A-HOLE, indicted for faking a license, is driving around in a Masarati and STILL ISN'T IN JAIL?? What is WRONG WITH THE COPS IN THIS COUNTY???????????
