Moped Burst Into Flames, Burned Driver After Crash

A 15-year-old Pine Brook resident suffered "severe" burn injuries after his moped burst into flames following a crash Wednesday night, according to police.
The teen, whose name was not released, was transferred to the burn unit at St. Barnabas Hospital, in Livingston, after being initially transported to Morristown Medical Center by the

The 20-year-old, whose name was also not released, was not injured and no other injuries were reported. The crash is still under investigation, but no summonses have been issued at this time.
