Montville Police Warn of Below-Freezing Conditions

The wind chill will make it feel like 15-below outside.

Bundle up Montville.

Temperatures expected to drop below freezing and there will be icy conditions so drive carefully, said Capt. Rudy Appelmann.

"Weather conditions are forecast to change dramatically over the next few hours," he said in an alert. "Temperatures are expected to drop well below freezing with strong gusting winds that will cause icy conditions. Water and dampness from this mornings rain will freeze creating ice puddles and black ice conditions. Please use care when driving and walking. Power outages may occur."
