Bus Stalls, Blocks Both Lanes on Changebridge Road

Traffic was slowed in both directions just after 3 p.m. on Changebridge Road when a bus stalled, blocking both lanes. The directed traffic around the bus one lane at a time.

Traffic at first had slowed to a halt until police started directing the flow of vehicles, and ultimately redirected cars down detour routes.

As of 3:30 p.m. the bus had been restarted and was driven away, clearing the road for drivers.
