Montville School of Rock, Rocks the House to Raise Money

MTHS musicians invite Lazar students and Montville community to Project Graduation benefit.

The Montville School of Rock [MSOR] is a highly trained group of rock-n-roll musicians from Montville Township High School [MTHS]. The student performers spend many hours preparing their performances in order to cover rock classics with a professional sound.

The high-energy performers will present a rock concert on Wednesday, April 30 at 7PM. The concert will feature music by Paramore, Deep Purple, Queen, David Bowie, The Black Keys, Steely Dan, Evanescence and more. No fewer than eleven vocalists will be supported across a variety of musical genres which include: progressive rock, jazz, blues, metal, and classic rock.

Wednesday’s command performance is sponsored by the Montville Township Drug Awareness Council and will benefit Montville’s Project Graduation. The 2014 Project Graduation event will mark the 30th consecutive year for Montville Township High School, making it the oldest Project Graduation in New Jersey.
