Montville Township Public Library Town Hall Discussion of Strategic Plan

The Montville Township Public Library will hold a town hall-style meeting in the Pio Costa Auditorium at the library on March 10th, from 7:30 to 8:45 p.m. The library encourages the public to attend.

The library is setting a course for their operations in the next three to five years and has been gathering information for a strategic plan.

"The Library's Patron Services Committee will report on its' findings from the recently completed survey on Library services and customer satisfaction," said Interim Library Director Allan M. Kleiman in a press release. "In addition, members of the public will be asked to assist the library board in determining the library's strengths and weakness."

Parts of the plan will include ways for the library to evaluate community needs, expand technology, measure effective services, and find ways to reach non-users.

Prior to the March 10th meeting, the library will post results of a survey used to gather data for their strategic plan to their website.
