Founded by Tara Gilvar and Becky Hull, B.I.G. (Believe, Inspire, Grow) offers a visionary path for women entrepreneurs. It is a rapidly growing business support, education and networking organization for women.

B.I.G. is comprised of a large community of more than 1,500 intelligent, creative and entrepreneurial women who want to share their business ideas and build upon their professional dreams.

The organization offers more than 50 local community meetings each month across five states, ongoing regional networking events, as well as an interactive and informative website. In addition, B.I.G. offers a strategic path to profitability through a comprehensive curriculum taught by a team of business experts through the B.I.G.+PLUS tier.

 Annette Baron, PA, MBA
is an entrepreneur, business owner, and educator.

As Managing Director of Proposal Architect (Fair Lawn, NJ)
she partners with fellow business owners and entrepreneurs to strengthen the
sales cycle links responsible for closing business thereby generating more
revenue with less prospecting.

As President of Eagle Research, Inc. (Paramus, NJ) she runs a
nationwide executive search firm to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology
industries, specializing in physicians, clinical scientists, and clinical
research and development professionals.

As an educator, she serves as Adjunct Professor in the
Cotsakos College of Business at William Paterson University where she teaches
both sections of Human Resource Management.

Annette holds a BA in Biology from Hofstra University,
another degree in Medical Science from Long Island University and an MBA from
Regis University. Prior to entering the business world, she attained national
certification and practiced as an Internal Medicine Physician Assistant (P.A.)
in New York City area hospitals and private practices.

Annette is committed to inspiring and
helping business owners, entrepreneurs, and students-of-life view business in a
