Middle Eastern Belly Dancing I

Introduction to the ancient and fascinating art of Middle Eastern Dance. Beginners class.

This is a wonderful form of exercise that combines aerobic activity with muscle toning movements that improve flexibility, posture and coordination. You will learn the basic dance movements, isolation’s and become familiar with Middle Eastern music. Wear comfortable/movable clothing. Ballet shoes, jazz shoes, no sneakers.
