Youth Group Installs Montville Officer

Joseph Salamone to take on role of official representative of local DeMolay's Phoenix Chapter.

On Jan. 19, DeMolay’s Phoenix Chapter hosted the Installation of Officers.   

DeMolay is a premier youth leadership organization, open to all young men between the ages of 12 and 21 years. The organization offers leadership training, civic awareness and character development through self directed, real world applications and activities. Phoenix Chapter is one of 1000 DeMolay Chapters worldwide.

Sean Fucetola, of Montville, received the degree of Chevalier, the highest degree an active DeMolay can receive. The degree is granted for outstanding service and activity within the community. In addition, Joseph Salamone, of Montville, was installed as Master Councilor, the official representative of the Chapter; successor to Matt Hoffman of Montville.

These are an exceptional group of young men. They are part of an extraordinary organization that teaches them leadership skills, respect for others, and charity. Congratulations to all of them on their elections and installation. Thank you to their adult advisors for all of the time they invest in these young men
