which includes an 18,000-foot restaurant, 1,200 feet of retail space and six residential units, in April.
The restaurant included in the development is Rails, inspired by an 1888 Colorado inn which will feature artwork and design elements that model western American grand railroad hotels. Log purchased in Oregon will be used to support the building structure.
Several local, county and state officials are excited about the project and are hoping Towaco Crossing becomes a well-visited location in Montville.

The restaurant is scheduled for construction completion in 2013.
