'Real Housewives' Joe Giudice Headed to Trial

Giudice rejects state's final plea deal, hopes to avoid prison time.

"The Real Housewives of New Jersey" husband Giuseppe "Joe" Giudice does not want to spend time in prison, so much so that he has rejected the state's final plea deal in the case of him allegedly using his brother's ID to get a driver's license and would rather go to trial for the charges.

The trial is expected to begin May 28.

Forty-three-year-old Giudice, a Towaco resident, was arrested in 2010 after authorities claim he attempted to use his brother's information to obtain a new driver's license when his own was suspended for DWI charges.
