The will be welcoming its new rescue pumper with a wetdown event Saturday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Station 1, 47 Bloomfield Avenue. Local fire departments will be hosing down the new truck and there will be food and refreshments for attendees.

In the final installment of the Montville Township Recreation Department's summer concert series, The Harmonious 5 will perform with the Ed Alstrom Band at the amphitheater behind Thursday from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
