Montville Fireworks, Committee Meets This Week
A look at the week ahead in Montville Township.
Fireworks: Montville's 2013 July Fourth fireworks display is scheduled for 9:30 p.m. Saturday at Community Park.
Parking is $5, and proceeds will benefit the Montville Baseball & Softball Association and the Montville Police Explorers. The rain date is Sunday.
Traditionally a three-day event, the celebration was limited this year because of the status of the Montville Township 4th of July Committee Inc.—though the fireworks should be as impressive as ever. Full festivities are expected to return next year.

Township Committee: Montville's governing body is scheduled to meet at 8 p.m. Tuesday in the municipal building.
