Changebridge Construction Due to Gas Line Removal
Project described as a one-day job.
According to a representative from New Jersey Natural Gas, the construction that reduced Changebridge Road near the Valero station to one lane earlier today was the result of the company removing an inactive service line.
"There's a service line that's not being used, so basically, we were taking it our of service," said Michael Kinney, senior communications specialist for NJNG.
According to Kinney, the job is a one day ordeal, and traffic patterns on Changebridge Road should be back to normal tomorrow.

Construction on 202 between Changebridge Road and Route 287 is scheduled to continue into August.
