Paesano's Closes to Make Way for Gencarelli's

An Italian restaurant and pizzeria in Pine Brook is expanding into space that was used as a deli.

Some people seeking sandwiches and salads from Paesano's Deli in the past couple of weeks have noticed the Pine Brook shop is closed.

Its neighbor, , is still open and will be expanding into the Paesano's space to improve the Gencarelli's dining experience and to expland the kitchen to handle more catering, according to Guy Gencarelli, an owner of both establishments.

Gencarelli said the renovation will be complete in April and cited good business at Gencarelli's as one of the reasons for the change.
