Sold-Out Concert for Montville Teen Star After Tour Abroad

The concert also featured R5 and 5th Harmony in Radio Disney's Fall Fling.

One recent Montville grad has been busy lately. Zach Matari graduated Montville High School in 2012, and on Sunday, he took the stage with R5 and 5th Harmony in Radio Disney’s Fall Fling in Toms River. The concert was sold out, said Yanin A. Acosta, Public Relations of Papa Grande Records.

This former Mustang keeps busy though and just before his concert, he toured the Dominican Republic as the beginning of his international tour. His tour started on Oct. 9 and he performed and was interviewed on more than 25 TV shows and radio stations. He also opened up concerts for Pop group "Aura," said Acosta.

Matari was promoting his latest single "Si Tu No Estas" which was recorded with the young Salsa group Ruina Nueva from the Dominican Republic, who accompanied him throughout his tour, said Acosta

"A nostalgic classic hit originally sung by Draco Rosa as a member of the 80's Latin Teen sensation Menudo, Zach Matari and Ruina Nueva have come together to bring a modern interpretation of the hit song which dazzled millions of teens hearts "Si Tu No Estas" (If You're Not Here)," according Acosta
