Patterson offered to pay the $25,000, which Manahan accepted, while the Gorgas requested $50,000, the report said.

The Gorga's attorney, Frank Catania, told the court the family is looking to move back to the area after renting a home in Franklin Lakes, and would need to reside in the town so their children can enroll in the school for the upcoming September start, the report said.

When the Gorgas originally listed the home last year, Melissa Gorga said it was time to break away, geographically, from her sister-in-law and "Real Housewives" cast member Teresa Giudice, who lives in nearby Towaco.

Giudice and her husband, Joe, spent much of the last year in and out of the courthouse after being indicted on fraud charges. Teresa Giudice was cleared of any wrongdoing during the spring.

Despite the off-camera antics, "Real Housewives of New Jersey" season six premiered on the Bravo Network on July 13. The trailer leading up to the season showed cast members enduring both court struggles, as one of the Giudice children breaks down about potentially losing her father to serve jail time, and the direction the Gorgas plan to head after selling their Montville home.
