'Real Housewives' Husband Gets New Trial Date

Giuseppe 'Joe' Giudice now scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 28, reports say.

After another delay in the fraudulent ID trial of Giuseppe "Joe" Giudice, the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star was given a new trial date when he appeared in court Monday, according to a news report.

While the husband of the hit Bravo show's Teresa Giudice did appear in the court room on Monday, the date his trial was scheduled to begin, his lawyer, Miles Feinsten requested a new trial date as he is occupied with a high-profile homicide case in Sussex County, the attorney told a judge. State Superior Court Judge Greta Gooden Brown set a new date of Oct. 28 for pre-trial conferences, according to The Record.

Giudice, a 43-year-old Towaco resident, was arrested in 2010 after authorities claimed he attempted to use his brother's information to obtain a new driver's license when his own was suspended for DWI charges.
