'Real Housewives' Giudice's Trial Delayed Again

Giudice's attorney requests more time to work on homicide case in Sussex County.

Giuseppe "Joe" Giudice will have more time to make sausage with his family before his next court appearance as the "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" cast member and husband to Teresa Giudice has once again had his trial date delayed.

The trial date, originally scheduled for July 15, has been pushed back because his attorney, Miles Feinstein, is working on a Sussex County homicide case that takes precedence, The Star-Ledger reported. Feinstein, a criminal defense lawyer for the past 45 years, has also taken on other high-profile cases in the past several months, including that of Caleb McGillvary, also known as "Kai the Axe-Wielding Hitchhiker," an Internet celebrity who is accused of brutally killing a Clark lawyer in his home.

Forty-three-year-old Giudice, a Towaco resident, was arrested in 2010 after authorities claim he attempted to use his brother's information to obtain a new driver's license when his own was suspended for DWI charges.

Giudice decided to go to trial on the charges after rejecting several plea deals, including the state's final plea deal for five years in prison.
