Criminal case stems from a bloody brawl that broke out at the grand opening of a clothing boutique in March.

Three cast members of the Real Housewives of New Jersey are due back in court in September on charges of terroristic threats and assault, according to a news report.

The criminal case naming Jacqueline Laurita, husband Chris Laurita, and Joe Gorga, as defendants will be heard in Ridgewood Municipal Court on Sept. 5, according to northjersey.com.

The trio are accused of beating Paramus resident Johnny 'The Greek' Karagiorgis at the grand opening of a Ridgewood boutique in late March. A sink was heaved onto the floor and clothes were trampled during the scuffle at Moxie Salon's second location.

Karagiorgis alleges his nose was broken during the fight, accusing Joe Gorga and Chris Laurita of punching him with open fists. Jacqueline Laurita then smashed his head with the point of a stiletto, he claims.

Karagiorgis himself is facing criminal charges of assault, harassment and terroristic threats. The Housewives stars claimed the Rutt's Hutt worker threatened to kill them and lunged toward Jacqueline Laurita. They accuse Karagiorgis of making fun of the Lauritas' autistic son Nicholas. He'll also appear in court on Sept. 5, northjersey.com says.

The blow up, captured on Bravo's cameras, is expected to air on the season finale.
