Giudice May Have Forged 'Real Housewives' Star's Signature

Teresa and Joe Giudice were indicted on fraud charges.

While "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" stars Teresa and Joe Giudice await their next court appearance on a 39-count fraud indictment, one publication is claiming Giuseppe "Joe" Giudice may have forged his wife's signature on some of the documents included in the charges.

Teresa Giudice and husband Giuseppe "Joe" Giudice were indicted by a federal grand jury last month, U.S. Attorney Paul Fishman said. Additionally, Joe Giudice was charged with failure to file tax returns for income received between 2004 and 2008, during which time he allegedly earned approximately $1 million.

But in 2007, during the time the Giudices are alleged to have committed fraud, Joe Giudice may have forged Teresa Giudice's name on documents, according to Examiner.com.

Giudice may be gearing up to take most of the blame for the alleged crimes so that Teresa Giudice can stay home with the kids, examiner.com reported.
