Gigantic Book Sale to Help Homeless Pets at Montville Animal Shelter

Thousands of books, including fiction, non-fiction, best sellers, cookbooks, children’s books and much, much more, will be on sale to raise money for the Montville Animal Shelter.

Gently used books, new books, hard cover, books on DVD and large paperbacks will be sold for $1. Small paperbacks are 50 cents. Autographed and specialty books will also be available.

Our annual sale helps us (Montville Pet Parents) provide funds to help the animals currently at the .  This money has been used to defray medical costs such as surgery for an injured cat, oral surgery for an older collie mix and medication for a Bulldog with a skin condition. In addition, money from this event will be used toward building a new shelter in Montville.

 Book Donations to Non-Profit Organizations: After the book sale is over MPP will be donating the remaining books to non-profit organizations. On Nov. 6, non-profit organizations will be welcomed into the sale to take free of charge books for their organizations.  Email sue@montvillepetparents.org  for details.
