The snow this morning affected early commuters and closed all Montville Township schools. Lazar M.E.D.L.C will be closed Tuesday, but Hilldale M.E.D.L.C will stay open.

Teresa Marino, of Montville DPW, said plowing “seems to be going well. There are some spots left they’re attending to.”
“Every body is out plowing or salting,” she added. There’s “not too much (snow) coming down now. There are cul de sacs they will go back to clear out.”
