Montville Library to Host Anger, Optimism Program

The 2-part series begins next week. Registration is required.

Are you happy and optimistic? Get a new lease on life at the upcoming program at the Montville Library.

The library is presenting a program called “Living Your Best Life” on Oct. 17 and 24 at 1 p.m.

Diane Lang, M.A., Therapist, Educator and Author, will present the 2-part workshop, said Pam O’Gorman, the library's Adult Program Coordinator. According to his release:

Part I of the series is “How to Prevent and Manage Anger:” Anger managed in a healthy way can be helpful. In this workshop, you will learn to recognize your anger and its sources as well as how to manage it.

Part II of the series is “Happiness – Living an Optimistic Lifestyle”.  We all want to be happy, but what makes us happy?  Can we learn to be happy?  What changes can we make in our lives to make us happier?  Diane Lang will share some simple tips and techniques to make our lives more positive and balanced.
