This Sunday marks the first open house listed at over a million dollars in the new year, and it sounds like a doozy. According to the always reliable GSMLS, the colonial-contemporary house on Tomalyn Hill Road going for nearly $1.3 million feature 16 rooms with five bedrooms and 5.2 baths.
Most of the area's open houses are on the high side, though the seven room interior townhouse on Jesse Court is more reasonably priced at $399,900.
