While November might be dedicated to honoring the township’s veterans, Trinity Chirstian School is doing its best to remember its own veterans with its Wall of Honor. For two years, eighth grade Social Studies teacher, Rick Crescente, has grappled with the problem of how to make Veteran's Day meaningful to 13 and 14-year-olds. From World War II to the Iraq war, those who have served the United States in war zones have watched history unfold. A veteran's reflection on the past provides a unique perspective on our present, both as a culture and as a country. Elmer Kitchell, of Towaco, was 21 years old when he was drafted into the army.
