The Montville Board of Education and Township Council will each hold special meetings this week.

Here's a look at what's happening:

Monday—Have lunch or dinner at The Gourmet Cafe in Parsippany and 10 percent of all sales will be donated to American Cancer Society—Relay For Life of Montville's Team: Rally For a Cure With Roberta. Lunch will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and dinner from 5 to 8 p.m.

Tuesday—The Montville Township Board of Education will hold its bi-weekly meeting at Hilldale School at 8:00 p.m.

Wednesday—The Montville Township Committee will hold a joint meeting with the District No. 2 Towaco Board of Fire Commissioners at the municipal building at 8:30 p.m.

Thursday—Associate curator Angela Sergonis will discuss at the Morris Museum the illustrations of Antonio Petruccelli, which are currently on display at the museum, from 6 to 7 p.m.

Friday—The Montville Library will host Friday Events for Adults: Crafting with Amy at 1 p.m. Registration is required.

Saturday—The Morris Museum Astronomical Society will host Astro Day with a children's science workshop from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., followed by a chance to observe the night sky from 7 to 9 p.m.

Sunday—The Macculloch Hall Historical Museum in Morristown will host Hearth and Home Family Day from 1 to 4 p.m. Those in attendance will learn about children’s chores and family life in 1810. Reservations are requested.
