Halloween almost didn't happen for many children in New Jersey this year as a result of Tropical Storm Sandy.  With many families without power, trees and power lines strewn about, the safety of the children was a concern.

To the rescue, Trunk or Treat.

Held Saturday at Montville High School, the event brought together trick or treaters and families in a safe setting that let the children get back some normalcy in their lives and have their Halloween.
