Over $8K Worth of Flooring Stolen From Pine Brook Business
Police said Alite Flooring vehicle was burglarized on Route 46.
are investigating an apparent burglary of between $8,000 and $9,000 worth of flooring materials from a Pine Brook business' vehicle.
Police said the material, which consisted of pre-finished hardwood flooring, was reported to have been taken from a van belonging to Alite Flooring between July 31 and Aug. 1. Alite Flooring is a flooring company specializing in commercial and residential projects, according to its website.
The van was parked outside the business at 45 Route 46 East, in Pine Brook, police said. No damage had been done to the van and the person who last used the vehicle said they remembered locking it.

The missing flooring was reported on Aug. 1.
