Giudice Auction Moved To October 3

Still to be held in Towaco, according to representatives from the auction company.

According to Michael Sklar, managing partner of A.J. Willner Auctions, the public auction of household assets belonging to the family of Real Housewives of New Jersey star and Towaco resident Teresa Giudice has been moved from this Sunday, Aug. 22, to Sunday, Oct. 3.

"I'm not sure exactly why it was moved," he said. "There are still some issues that need to be resolved."

According to Sklar, the Giudice family appeared in bankruptcy court Monday, Aug. 16 in Newark. North Jersey.com is reporting that a judge ruled in favor of the auction's postponement to allow time for a review of the items to be sold.
