It's located at 712 Main St in Boonton right next to Heavenly Temptations coffee house. Little Black Dress fitness studio is in Suite 187-A. Watch the awnings for the suite numbers and look for their sultry logo on the door.
As you enter the studio you’ll find a sunny space freshly painted in welcoming colors with newly refinished wood floors. On the left is the studio’s lounge which features a comfy couch, cafe tables, great magazines and music.
Owners Michelle Minster and Jessica Kucinski, who also owns Montville Adventure Bootcamp provide a space to relax before all the bumping and grinding.
Little Black Dress offers a variety of classes including Boot Camp, Zumba, Cardio X and Interval Blast.
In addition to Sleepy-Time Yoga, there's also Yoga Tone and Restorative Yoga.
All classes can be booked online. Flexible pricing allows you to pay a monthly fee for an unlimited number of classes, pre-purchase 10 or 20 at a dicounted rate or try just one class at a time.
